    3. Auditing Office：
        In charge of auditing company's internal rules and regulations, with suggestions, to solve and improve
        department and administrative issues.

    4. Strategical Planning：
        In charge of company's administrative, computer information, and new business development tasks.

    5. Financial Affairs：
        In charge of company's accouting, finance, and investor related tasks.
